Refund policy

Warranty

Paddles: Warranty against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase (please keep a copy of your receipt). This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or user modification

  • Graphic deterioration or discoloration caused by prolonged use

DPRADIX reserves the right to determine whether a product is covered under warranty and whether it will be repaired or replaced.

Returns

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or from the date a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will reimburse you within 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Return conditions

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods are in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Returning goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. You must send an email to info@dpradix.com to begin the return process. You will receive an email with instructions.

We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the purchase amount to the original buyer.
