Wholesale terms and conditions

  1. Programme access
    Trade accounts are activated after we review and approve your application.
  2. Orders
    Products, quantities and order conditions are confirmed in writing.
  3. Trade prices
    Dealer prices and commercial discounts supplied to partners are confidential.
  4. Sales channels
    Tell us which shops, websites and marketplaces you intend to use so we can review your distribution plans.
  5. Availability
    Stock and lead times are confirmed when an order is accepted.
  6. Retail pricing
    Suggested retail prices are indicative; dealers independently set their selling prices.
  7. Product presentation
    Identify the model, specifications and actual condition of the item before sale.
  8. Demo equipment
    Conditions for demo units are agreed separately in writing.
  9. Proof of purchase
    Provide customers with proof of purchase and retain the information needed to handle enquiries.
  10. Customer service
    Dealers are the initial contact for their buyers and coordinate product issues with DPRADIX.
  11. Returns
    The commercial returns process will be set out in the distribution agreement.
  12. Warranties
    Warranty handling is agreed subject to the buyer’s applicable statutory rights.
  13. Shipping
    Costs, lead times, insurance and delivery responsibilities are detailed before order confirmation.
  14. International orders
    Specify the destination country so shipping, documentation and after-sales arrangements can be established.
  15. Brand assets
    Use authorised assets and preserve accurate product names, logos and specifications.
  16. Territory and continuity
    An application does not grant exclusivity or authorise transfer of a trade account.
  17. Acceptance
    Submitting the form enables us to review a partnership; the commercial agreement is subsequently confirmed in writing.
